Looking for a fun exercise class that combines the benefits of aerobics with strength training, won’t hurt your joints, and helps reduce stress as well? Water Workout offers all these benefits. As the water provides support for the body, the risk of muscle or joint injury is greatly reduced. Water Workout takes place mainly in chest deep water so both swimmers and non-swimmers can participate. We combine rhythmic body movements, calisthenics, special equipment, and movements you can do only in the water and set it all to energizing and upbeat music that will keep you moving.
