Resident Dietitian Joins YMCA
Danielle Hack, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian trained and motivated to assist our members in healthy eating habits. She is experienced in weight-loss counselling, sports nutrition for high school and recreational athletes, and overweight children looking to improve their diets. She is available to conduct individual and group counselling sessions by appointment. All ages, body types, weights invited!
Sessions require 45 minutes – one hour and include:
